Where We Ship From
The majority of orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled through our U.S.-based fulfillment network.
Depending on product availability and destination, some items may be fulfilled from other locations within our global fulfillment network.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains more than one item, products may occasionally be shipped separately.
This means you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.
There is no additional shipping charge when an order is delivered in multiple packages.
International Shipping

We currently provide free shipping on international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Lost Packages

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Once an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, and Cozalie cannot accept responsibility for packages delivered incorrectly because inaccurate shipping information was provided during checkout.

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after this period or after the order has entered fulfillment.
